1. What's your payment term?
We currently accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, e-gold and cash.
2. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Once payment is received, we will dipatch your order within 5 business days. Of course as soon as possible. You will get tracking number immediately after shipment. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which means that we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.
3. How do you ship the goods?
All packages are shipped in a very discreet way via courier. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
4. What is the minimum and maximum quantity I can order at one time?
Minimum order quantities vary from product to product. We have no limits to how much you can order. We guarantee big orders will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
5. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. box only in cases that the address includes full information (Street or Road No. City, State, etc).
6. What is your reship policy? What is going to happen if any of the products get damaged during transportation?
There is a high success rate in shipping. Should the goods be seized, damaged or lost during transportation, we will reship it one time at 50% of the original cost.
